We won’t come back to this bar anytime soon! Last night 05/14/22, we received the worst service and experience. The bartenders and “bar leads” are extremely rude, every time we bought a drink, we were over charged without asking us if we wanted to leave a tip for them. Then, when we went to ask why they were overcharging us for every drink without asking if IT WAS OK TO ADD THE TIP, the bartender was extremely rude, aggressive and didn’t wanted to admit that he was basically taking our money without asking 🐀. The situation escalated when I decided to take a picture of the bartender that was pretty much robbing us at this point, as he approached with this hostile/threatening attitude towards me and saying “take the picture in my face”, then his manager (ponytail dude) arrived and basically excused the bartenders attitude, laughing at us, and being a complete clown 🤡 - Long story short: This place is NOT “all about music”, is all about how you dress, the money you can spend and lying to their customers on their faces. Lastly, and as a recommendation, please check the prices in the menu before paying and MAKE SURE THEY ASK YOU, IF IS OK WITH YOU TO LEAVE A TIP....
Read moreMad Radio is such a great set-up. We've been a number of times, a couple for 'pre-party' where we sat by the firepits upstairs and had cocktails. Two dj's going, both house music but appropriate vibe for 9pm - 11pm. As the night goes on the music progressed. Crowd is fun and there for the music and vibe is a blast. Three levels, great design and thoughtful lounges to chill and talk. It's easily one of our favorite spots in town... Usually not body to body (sweaty hot). Also, the bartenders make great cocktails. I didn't know they had food but we say food delivered last time we were there, so that's a cool option.
This is our number 1 spot to go even if we have...
Read moreI've been going to Mad Radio Medellin for years,, I was just there on Saturday with my friends. I was In Bogota last night with my girlfriend, we just had dinner nearby. At the door to Mad Radio was a bouncer who refused to let us in because they didn't want my girlfriend to bring her purse into the club. It was completely asinine and counter to my experiences at Mad Radio Medellin. The club looked empty anyway. We walked a few doors down and found a great place, we had a blast and bought quite a few drinks. Not sure what Mad Radio Bogota is trying to achieve but that experience left us with a...
