Restaurante Nueve was exceptional. It's menu features Spanish Tapas and share plates. I greatly appreciated that they deliver the plates one at a time, truly allowing us to enjoy each preparation before moving to the next. We started with a unique approach to squid... It was smoked squid blended with puree of potatoes and baked in banana leaves. Absolutely delicious! The highlight of the evening was the Black Pepper Crusted Pirarucu, a Columbian white fish. The long, individual filet strips were first in fresh cracked black pepper then dipped in a very light crispy soda batter. The strips for incredibly flavorful light and flaky, and wonderfully crunchy all at the same time! Every plate served had a unique, fresh, approach to a traditional plate. All in all an incredibly well balanced well-paced, and...

That was seriously amazing. The concept is tapas / small bites but it's actually closer to composing your own 7 course taster menu. Once you made your choice, each dish is served in the order you would expect from a carefully designed coursed meal. Each dish is solidly designed around 3 core flavor and texture components that all beautifully enhance or complement each other. Service is excellent with a great combination of attentiveness and genuine and friendly conversation. Plus a wine list of 250 wines from every respectable wine country. And for the quality of the food and service prices are exceptionally good value. Highly...

Tucked away off the main street this is an absolute gem of a place! Tapas and small plates that have their roots in Colombia and a wine list that could have kept us busy for days! However, what really made it for us was having Alejandro as our waiter who was so patient and helpful recommending dishes for us to try. Every one of them was outstanding!! Needless to say the wine was excellent as well. Add to that the final bill was incredibly reasonable. If you aren't sure what to try, trust the serving staff to guide you and you...

In a beautifully restored early 20th century house in the Zona G, the interiors are cozy and comfortable with small private dining areas and a quaint bar (8 y Cuarto). The food is exceptional and so is the service. We shared all the plates and there was a variety of fresh vegetable, seafood, meats to satisfy the varied tastes and preferences of our party of 6. The desserts were amazing (homemade chocolate turrón, fried burrata in honey). Would go there again if there weren’t so many other places to try in this foodie city!
