Starbucks — Restaurant in Bogota, Capital District

Editing this to add an update: They have continuously gotten my order wrong for months, with a blatant disregard for my milk request, extra syrup, and request for no cream. I have gone four times to fix it - one of those times they remade it with the wrong milk again whilst we were standing there.

The last time (Thursday 27th April 2023) when I went to have the order fixed, the manager Alejo added extra caffeine without asking or checking with me (photo included). I've been a Starbucks customer for over ten years and have never had such a dodgy-looking caramel frappuccino. So I had to have it remade again.

I come to Starbucks for the customer service because let's face it, there are cheaper options elsewhere, but honestly, this Starbucks was the worst I've ever been to. I don't blame the staff, they are probably overworked, and undertrained. Management clearly has the issue.

If you have a special request or dietary requirement, I suggest you go to another Starbucks.

I would like to say a big THANK YOU to great staff of this Starbucks coffee store (calle 67). In August 10 (2016), I was there and I got my smartphone robbed while kissing a girl. Fortunately, someone from the security staff could see the action trought the cameras and demand the phone to the thief before he could leave the store. Hey guys, you are pretty awesome.
