La Osteria — Restaurant in Boyacá

Made a reservation here, Google maps took half the group to the outskirts of town where they felt unsafe. When we spoke to the manager, he was already aware of the issue but took no steps to fix it (or communicate this issue in advance when they emailed to confirm the reservation). The other half of the group waited 20 minutes past our reservation booking, with still no table (our group included a senior and small children). Again, the manager did nothing to address the issue. I do not recommend this place, horrible service and not sure what's happening with the address...

So Google has this in the wrong place, it’s on the Plaza Mayor, near the church. Once you’ve found it, it’s a lovely atmospheric place. There’s a courtyard, an inside room and another patio. Fantastic relaxed atmosphere and a beautiful place to be on a warm evening. The staff made excellent recommendations for cocktails and on how much to order. Buenas Tardes Tuvimos una muy mala experiencia , en el restaurante en cuanto la atención al cliente por parte del personal

Es tremendo restaurante , los platos con muy buen sabor y muy interesantes como con técnicas potencias sabores locales.

Al momento de cancelar la orden debido a la demora , la actitud no fue la que uno esperaría de : NO fue de que pena por la demora vamos a solucionar lo más pronto posible , fue de una sensación de alivio y descanso lo cual se siente molesto porque no dan alguna solución y no se siente valorado uno como comensal

Increíble que después de una hora no pudieron marchar la orden que realizamos antes de 3 mesas que les sacaron pedidos más rápido.

Eso es molesto y más cuando se tiene expectativa de buenos restaurantes en villa de Leyva donde uds lideran el mercado junto a mercado municipal

Esta crítica se las hago con todo respeto con el ánimo de que mejoren falencias que tal vez no tengan presentes y puedan seguir creciendo como lo están haciendo , además chequeando más reviews es algo recurrente por lo cual mucha gente no los recomendaría y no volvería al restaurante , lo cual no sería lo ideal con el potencial...
