Llegamos por casualidad, en el Parque comercial El tesoro, nos gustó la carta que tienen a la vista, y decidimos entrar. No tengo mucha fe con los restaurantes de centro comercial, PERO este me pareció salido de lo normal. La atención de Luis Javier fue 100/10, qué persona tan cordial. Probamos 1 solomito rústico, 1 lomo saltado, 1 steak pimienta y 1 sushi, una entrada llamada "buns mar y tierra", 1 volcán de chocolate, 1 suspiro limeño, TODO ESPECTACULAR, sin un solo comentario negativo de algún plato. Todo en su punto, perfecto de temperatura, en conclusión, las técnicas, sabores y puntos de cocción estuvieron impecables y el sushi suave, sabroso, novedoso. Superó todas las expectativas. No recuerdo la ultima vez que visite un lugar donde los sabores estuvieran tan bien pensados, armonías entre el picante de una cortesía desde la cocina, con un viaje a sur américa me recuerda mis antepasados al paladar; en combinación con una soda de mandarina fue un tremendo punch a mi retrogusto, emplatados con propuestas arriesgadas y excelente termino del solomito a la pimienta, me hacen pensar que mi visita a Mistura sera una de las que quiero memorar al igual que la atención con humildad y diligencia en un lugar con hambre de posicionarse en los mejores de Medellin y porque...
