Atmosphere was nice, quiet with good level of ambient music. Good for a night chill night out.

I had the posta and have to say while the meat.waa great, the rice left ALOT to be desired. The rice was hard and dry, like it had been left out for hours and dried out and hardened, it was also cold by it's solid shape you could tell it had been sitting in whatever bowl it was put in earlier in the day (or days). Not even the extra sauce made it slightly softer, nor was it coconutty like the true cartagenian version.

I had the natas postre, it was okie, a vanilla like pudding. Nothing special. My 3 friends had the flan and it wasn't good. I could tell when it was brought out that it had been overcooked (flan is supposed to be like a slightly harder custard, NOT the fuffy consistency of cake. If you see bubbles in your flan it's over cooked)..each of the people who ate the flan left it half eaten because sometimes it's just not worth eating something that's not enjoyable. It was also doused in honey which may have been in an effort to make it softer, but that just made an overcooked desert overly sweet.

Ribs were delish as was the mar y tierra (note that despite what the English menu says, there is meat and shrimp in this dish).

For the price and overall quality of food, I would recommend several other local places for...

We visited this restaurant for dinner service as a recommendation from several locals. Its is a beautiful restaurant with a quiet, cozy and romantic feeling. Although server was responsive and answered our questions in regards to menu and recommendations, he was not very proactive to anticipate our needs. We started with the grilled cheese and grilled tomatoes for appetizer. Incredibly flavorful and grilled to perfection. Pesto sauce was a nice touch to enhance the flavors. For main entree i ordered the churrasco steak medium, was served with a small baked potato, grilled veggies and house salad. Although steak was not tender, it was cooked to order and flavor was ok. I used chimichurri sauce. We also ordered a Mixto, grilled pork, beef, chicken, shrimp and fish. Also served with small baked potato and house salad. Grilled shrimp and chicken were perfectly cooked with exquisite flavor. Beef and pork lacked flavor. Fish was inedible. For drinks we had water, beer and a delicious coconut lemonade. Our total fare with tip was $25 American...

The highlight of my Medellín food experience. The service was poised and excellent and the food was perfect for our rainy afternoon bikepacking finale lunch.

The man out front was polite and showed us where we could leave our bikes and the hosts politely gave us a table where we could watch them to keep them safe.

We received some patacon and little fritas with salsa as an appetizer, which was a surprised. We ordered the Sancocho and the Tamale to eat plus a cocktail and a half jar of Refrasco to celebrate.

The Sancocho is a very interactive meal, which I enjoy, and comes with an incredible amount of food.

I will remember my Sancocho + Refrasco meal for...

The restaurant is beautiful, and my husband enjoyed his casserole. But my bandeja paisa was partly inedible; the pork chicharrón was overcooked, so that I was unable to cut a portion of it using a serrated knife, or even stick a fork in it. The arepa was also so hard I could barely cut it. Hours later and my teeth still hurt. I told the manager about it, and they gave me a dessert. The service was inconsistent. 3 different waiters came to ask if we had given our order, then finally 1 actually took our order. We ordered café con leche, and the cafe was served but the leche arrived after 10 minutes and 2 more requests. By that time the small cup of coffee was cold.
