Valentina Bakery — Restaurant in Medellín

My god. My bakery dreams come TRUE. The staff were so nice (the lovely manager answered EVERY question I had about every single item on the menu - seriously). This is the only location I’ve been to - my expectations were met. Truly - their piece de resistance are their croissants. I tried the almond/chocolate - what a true croissant should be. I wish I tried the Nutella croissant. I also tried the cinnamon roll (best I’ve had in my life), Nutella cookie (charming) and chocolate cake (not the best I’ve had in life - but lovely). Their jugos are perfect. Amazing seating. Lovely cutlery that I want to steal and cute AF plates. I can’t wait to go back and try more! When I asked for my cookie to go they even wrapped it up...

Me encanta visitar este lugar y me fascina el cheesecake y el croissant de nutella. Lastimosamente le tengo que dar un 2/5 al local ubicado en el c.c. Santa fe. He ido dos veces y no he recibido una buena atención por parte de las empleadas del lugar. Inicialmente hubo un error en el pedido, lo cuál es humanamente posible y no tuve problema en esperar a que lo corrigieran, pues pensaron que mi pedido era para llevar y lo empacaron, cuando realmente quería sentarme en la cafetería. Les pedí que me dieran el pedido para sentarme en el lugar y su respuesta fue grosera y desatenta. No arreglaron la única mesa disponible y tuve que pararme a buscar cubiertos porque no fueron amables al atendernos, después al ver que no estábamos recibiendo una buena atención simplemente pasaron a recoger la servilletas. La segunda vez que fui esperé una mejor atención pero tampoco fue así. Creo que es una repostería impecable, ofrecen una comida exquisita, el ambiente es tranquilo y siempre he recibido la mejor atención en la sede del complex los balsos por lo que a ese lugar le daría un 5/5 y volveré cada que pueda.
