This place was closed for at least a year between 2023-24 and reopened a couple months ago. As the only bakery on the route I walk in to work, I thought I’d try this place since it reopened. Wish I hadn’t. There are two McDonalds-style menu kiosks and a couple registers that are sporadically manned. In a rush, I ordered two things that should have been quick- a pastry and a cup of soup. After waiting 20 minutes and now almost late for work, I asked about my order (it had not been busy when I arrived). A bunch of people scrambled around- asked what I ordered (every iteration being wrong) and finally pulled a sealed bag of lentil soup from a refrigerator and poured it into a cup. I didn’t have time for them to microwave it. It wasn’t until I got to work I realized they never gave me the pastry (nothing to prepare there!) How can you mess up an order of a cup of soup and a pastry?🤷♂️ As for the soup? Meh. It might have been better warm but the lentils were hard - I suspect it is supposed to be served from a heated vat. Still, it was relatively bland and wouldn’t get it again. Don’t know about the pastry since I never got it. $12 for a cup of soup and no pastry? Definitely not returning, even if it is on my way.

This place couldn't do less with more. I frequently call ahead... just to wait in line. The food is never ready and of the past 5 orders has always wrong (order an entree size salad just to get small, or no drink included, or no side, I've been given the wrong person's food, etc). If there is a way to get an order wrong.... seemingly they'll find it! The main guy behind the counter seems to be a hard working dude, the only one with a clue and reasonably with it. But the rest of the place is a hot steaming mess. In spite of my liming this franchise -- I can't recommend this location. They don't appreciate their customers and don't make it easy or appealing for us. I mean the trash can is always overflowing despite having 5 people working the front. I well understand a lunch rush can be overwhelming -- particularly when short staffed -- but this is not an exception. It's just bad habits and service that seems to be convenient for the staff but not the customers. Yikes!

We were in Washington for 3 days. We used the kiosk to place our orders and dined in. The food was great, but the service was not. The first 2 days were ok, but this morning, the service was disappointing. We placed our order for food and drinks, and after 20 minutes, I had to ask how much longer it would be. The food came out shortly after that. I reminded the server that we were waiting on coffee and assumed she would bring them out. 20 minutes later, there are still no drinks. I again approached the counter where I was screamed at because they were short staffed and had issues with the computer. Also, to note that people after us were getting their drinks. I then got told they were going to close the doors. I was told to wait at the counter for my drinks. In total, 45 minutes to get our coffees. While I understand that issues arise, there is no need to blame the customer for asking for the goods they paid for. If there were issues, they should have put up a sign

Inefficient staff make the ordering experience unbearable. It’s understandable if a restaurant is packed so the staff is overwhelmed, but in a Monday morning with around than 10 people in the shop, it can hardly be called “busy”. In such a slow period of time, it takes standing right in front of the counter and staring at the staff not sure what they are doing for a whole 10 mins after saying wanting “a medium coffee” to them, for they to perform simple action of put it into the cashier and pour a cup of coffee that literally takes 30 seconds. They just let ppl hanging in the line for the whole time without saying anything and honestly it can get frustrating even for this in the right mind. The facility is generally not in a great shape either as seen in photo. I would recommend ppl value their experience and time to keep looking.

👎🏿0 star!!Terrible dining experience! I waited for 1 hour while watching other tables—who arrived later—get their food, eat, and leave. Meanwhile, we were still sitting there with nothing on our table. When I asked the server, all I got was a dismissive “we’re very busy today”, with no real solution. Eventually, I had to go to the counter and ask the kitchen directly, only to find out that our order hadn’t even been made yet! This is completely unacceptable. If the restaurant can’t manage its timing properly, they should either inform customers upfront about long wait times or improve their efficiency. Don’t treat customers like fools by creating the illusion of being “busy and popular” when, in reality, it’s just poor management. Would not recommend! A complete waste of time and a frustrating experience.

Terrible. I ordered a power breakfast bowl with added avocado. I got 1 and a half slices of avo about 1/6 of an actual avocado. A tiny sprinkle of grains. 2 and I'm not kidding little slices of pepper. And tiny shards of mozzarella. The bowl was 95 percent dry spinach and arugula. For 11 dollars! And now I need to purchase an actual breakfast. Not to mention from walking in to walking out with my to go order it was 25 minutes!!!!! Never ever again. Terrible. Anyone doubting the bad reviews just look and notice that most positive reviews come from local guides and Im sure are incentivized.
