Read moreRude staff and fake rules. I came into this store around 10:40 AM on a Thursday. I was visiting DC and saw this store was close to the hotel I was staying at. When I went to order a ham and egg sandwich, a Hispanic worker looked at me and said “Breakfast ends at 10:30 AM “ shook his his head no and and motioned that he would not make the sandwich. I was stunned. There were no signs in the store saying no breakfast sandwiches after 10:30 AM. It almost looked like he made up that rule on the spot. The other workers said nothing. Read moreI agree with some or the other reviews. The Staff are very rude and talk about you in Spanish to each other. I speak Spanish and I have heard them do so. Ingrid is only nice when you don't question anything or ask something out of the ordinary. Don't let a homeless person come in.. she puts the change jar under the counter and it just rude to them.. I remember when she first started and didn't know a thing and now she is quite arrogant. She shouldn't be a team lead. Then we are always asked if we have additional items in our box or on our sandwich. If I didn't tell you, don't ask.. No, I don't have cheese or egg whites or avocado. If you they are so concerned it should be written on the items, don't make customers feel like they are stealing.. Management needs...
