My family and I came to have lunch because we had a great experience last time we had visited Alajuela a few months ago. This time unfortunately it was a whole different experience. The restaurant was pretty much empty, the server started out great but after 20 minutes he disappeared and ended up with someone else. Customer service was lacking. No one really came to check on us. The few servers that were present were just talking and hanging around the bar. I ordered the cordon blue which looked good but the breading was over fried and chicken bland. Read moreI’m visiting from Seattle and stumbled upon this place; it’s incredible. Call me crazy, but I’ve already been here three times in one week. I had the pleasure of meeting some amazing staff members like Dayana, Yariel and Alex, everyone was absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious, and the drinks were spot on. If I ever move here, this will definitely be my go-to spot. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxing and hanging out.
