La Fabbrica Pizzeria - Alajuela Plaza Real — Restaurant in Alajuela

We (party of 2) ate here on an early Tuesday evening. At the time there was only two other tables each of 4. The waitress was stellar and tried juggling our order while setting up for what was a group of 14 to arrive. All the while the "manager" was behind the counter. An additional group of 2 entered and then the group of 14. At the same time another group of six and another of 2 entered. The poor server was all alone. She was clearly overwhelmed and the "manager" stayed behind the counter on her phone and talking with the pizza maker. We waited 15 minutes after completing our meal and the poor server could not find time to come by to close out. We got our own "to-go" box and waited 10 minutes at the register until the server was able to process our bill. All the while this "manager" did not move - she is useless and the organization should take immediate action.

I write this not because I wish to damage anyone, but this person is clearly not in the...

I used to live in Alajuela, Costa Rica and this used to be one of my favorite places to eat on a weekend. I took pictures but sadly don’t see a place to upload those. I absolutely love the penne allá vodka and my husband likes the mushrooms appetizer. My friend ordered the shrimp pesto. It was great. They have authentic cheeses and great bread to go along with the meal. We love that this is located in plaza real. Close, quiet, comfortable...

Pizza rica, ambiente normal, precio igual q todas las. Pizzeria la fabrica. Lo q no estuvo na bueno fue lo siguiente : la atención al cliente y los detalles en pequeñas cosas sigue siendo un talón de aquí les en el servicio al cliente en nuestro país y para muestra un botón. Nuestras Pizzas margarita cuyo sabor es proporcionado en parte por su albahaca, venian en escasez en nuestra pizza(en son de broma le dije a mi esposa seguro están escazas las hojas, solo venían 4 hojas. Llame a la muchacha q atendía y le solicite si era posible regalarme 4 hojitas más y me respondió se las tengo q cobrar como un extra.... Wow cobrar unas hojitas de albahaca en efecto es toda una falta de todo en cuanto a servicio al cliente. 300 colones cuesta un ramo grande de albahaca en las fruterías... La Próxima hay q llevar el paquete x q un restaurante no puede tener ese detalle con un cliente tomando en cuenta q desde el principio casi no le agregaron lo q debía a una pizza donde estas hojas son su característica. Me parece q. Es algo q no se debe x eso les doy 2 estrellas...
