Update: Katherine saved the day! No longer a one star thanks to her! Instead of throwing away the tasteless caramel macchiato, we decided to take it to the store and express that it tasted bad and we didn’t want it. That they could dispose of it. An employee, Katherine, who was just clocking in immediately agreed to make us a new one! And when she took it she added to let her know if we still didn’t like it so she could remake it. But it was perfect! The delicious caramel macchiato that we know! Thanks to Katherine’s amazing customer service, I’m not as upset anymore and would come back. I hope Katherine gets a raise! Thank you Katherine!
Original post: I wouldn’t come back. They have terrible customer service. I understand that the cashier was new and was evidently struggling and made several mistakes. That’s not the problem at all, I’m a very tolerant person and actually empathize with them and don’t want them to get in trouble when they’re new. The problem is that they made so many mistakes and did not make up for them. First, I asked for a receipt but they didn’t give one. Only a voucher for the credit card I paid with. Second, we ordered a Java chip frap without whip cream but they gave it to us with whip cream. We let that go. Third, we asked for a venti pink drink but they gave us a grande. When we approached the lady and addressed the issue she said we were charged for a grande. So having no receipt, we took her word for it and let it go. But shortly after, they were giving us a venti pink drink. So as we’re trying to make sure we weren’t being charged for more than we should, now they are magically able to print the receipt (meaning they didn’t care to try printing it earlier?) and they confirm that we indeed did order a venti and they’re the ones that prepared it wrong. So they give us the venti pink drink and they dared asked for the grande from which we had already drank only to throw it down the sink in our faces instead of saying “you can keep it to make up for our mistake”. That’s where I lost it. I was so shocked at the lack of customer service. And as if that wasn’t enough, the caramel macchiato we asked for tasted horrible. It was too diluted and tasted too strongly like milk, didn’t taste at all like caramel. And we order these all the time so we know how it should taste. Q ellos lo podían botar. Una empleada q apenas iba llegando, Katherine, inmediatamente dijo q nos haría otro! Y cuando nos lo llevó, agregó q le dijéramos si no nos gustaba para hacernos otro. Pero estaba Perfecto! El delicioso macchiato de caramelo q nos gusta! Gracias al maravilloso servicio al cliente de Katherine ya no estoy tan molesta y si volvería. Entiendo q la cajera era nueva y le costó un poco tomar la orden pero fallaron casi q en todo lo q pedimos y no fueron buenos en arreglar su error. Pedimos un refresher tamaño venti y nos dieron un grande. Cuando nos acercamos a decirle a la muchacha dijo q nos habían cobrado un grande. Como no teníamos recibo, creímos en su palabra y ahí lo dejamos. Pero al rato nos estaban dando el mismo refresher en tamaño venti, así q ahora si mágicamente el recibo se pudo imprimir (o sea antes no les dio la gana hacerlo?), confirmaron q solo era el venti q ordenamos y tuvieron la osadía de pedirnos el refresher grande del cual ya habíamos tomado solo para botarlo en nuestra cara en vez de decir, “déjenselo para compensar x nuestro error”. Ahí fue donde quedé en shock. Y cómo si eso no fuera suficiente, el caramel macchiato q pedimos sabía horrible. Estaba demasiado diluido y sabía solo a leche y el caramelo nunca se sintió. Y estos los ordenamos todo el tiempo así q sabemos cómo deben saber. En conclusión, fue una experiencia muy sin sabor. No volvería.
