One of the worst food experiences I’ve had in Escalante. I paid $15–16 for a simple rice bowl, and what arrived was a disaster: rice that wasn’t even cooked properly—some grains undercooked, others mushy—and all of it drowned in soy sauce. It wasn’t flavorful or balanced, just overwhelmingly salty and poorly executed. It felt like they poured half a bottle of soy sauce over cheap rice and called it a meal.

For that price in Costa Rica, you can easily get a full casado with meat, beans, rice, salad, plantain, and even a drink—fresh and satisfying. At Incredibowl, you’re paying gourmet prices for food that tastes worse than cafeteria leftovers. Definitely not worth the money or the disappointment. Save yourself the frustration and eat literally anywhere else...

ordered 2 teriyaki bowls, they were average at best. The bowls were absolutely drenched in soy sauce (see picture) we had to use another bowl to scoop the rice and vegetables out and drain off all the soy. Amazing bowls to get here in this trendy neighborhood. The place is located in a food market which offers a lot of different types of food, too.
