KAN Pizzeria — Restaurant in Catedral

So I went bc of the glowing reviews of this place. As soon as I came in and saw the pizza oven .... I knew this people meant business. I tried the margherita to truly experience the quality of the ingredients and technique, the dough was perfectly cooked, sauce to cheese ratio was spot on, and the ingredients really shine through. I was puzzled by the bold choice of using fresh tomato sauce, but honestly, it just makes sense. The staff was super friendly, the patrons seemed to truly enjoy the ambiance (it was mostly couples, though I came on a friday night) and the homemade mango lemonade was just what I needed. I truly believe this is the best pizza place in the country. It reminds me of top quality NY pizza, but of course, with their very own twist. PS My only complain is that I didnt see any desserts on the menu (nor a pride flag sticker anywhere -and there were plenty of stickers-). Hope to...

This neighborhood pizza joint on a peaceful side street in Los Yoses relatively near the bustle of Cali and Escalante serves insanely good neopolitan inspired pizza with a melt-in-your-mouth crust that is a gift from the gods.

Their signature pizza, the Kan, has a just-right touch of Gorgonzola that changes the game from pizza that is merely crave-able to nothing-else-will-do.

It was awesome experience. We ordered pizza and some drinks and we had got it in few minutes, it was nice surprise because in previous restaurants we have been waiting for really long time. That pizza was one of the best I have ever eaten and I would also recommend that spicy honey salsa on it. After that we had got free little ice cream for free.
