A good reason to grab coffee in the middle of hectic Los Yoses traffic. While the security guards seem to have vanished (haven’t seen one in a while), Starbucks still delivers on its flavor-and-comfort promise. Their dark roast has balanced acidity, and five grams of sugar puts it right in the sweet spot. Lemonades and pastries keep corporate consistency alive in that “warmth” only a global brand can mass-produce. The staff is clearly understaffed, and the drive-thru turns into chaos thanks to picky customers who think owning a car entitles them to treat people like coffee beans. Even so, customer service smiles through the worst of times—and they somehow think my name is Leonardo, Donkin, or Jimmy when they write it on the cup. Food is pricey—no way around it, it’s a franchise—but flavor is just like you remember. I wouldn’t recommend this for a casual date, only for a solid relationship where no one’s wallet will regret it. The atmosphere has a small downside: it’s loud, no acoustic treatment, sound bouncing off the walls. The only way to work on a laptop is with noise-cancelling headphones. Decor is warm and balanced, seating is comfortable—except for the tall tables. Get the couch if you can. Bathrooms are clean for Venti, Large, or Tall emergencies. Starbucks raised the stakes and the other cafés took note—people buy into emotions and experiences, and this place is proof. A coffee sunny day for...

I had a late breakfast here at Starbucks & they lightly warmed up the cold packaged breakfast sandwich. When I took the first bite it was still cold inside. I spit out the bite into a napkin and threw it out. When I went to the counter to resolve the issue, they asked me if I wanted them to warm it up more for me. Absent their consideration was the fact that I would be getting a bite less than I paid for from the willfully undercooked sandwich as well as the lack of cleanliness standards of wanting to take a bitten into sandwich and place it in the oven. They were so invested in delivering a bad experience that they delayed resolution seeking me out to ask me the same question of warming it up a total of 3 times. They finally got me a well heated sandwich 25 minutes after my 1st bite ruining my breakfast experience.
I've been to this Starbucks before & never had such a horrible experience. I believe they were put up to this & the delaying tactics to resolution comports with an alleged ongoing criminal conspiracy to deprive me of free unfettered enjoyment in life as is typical of others & was previously my experience. A word to the wise...

What I have always disliked from the place, is the fact that for example on cold beverages, you always get more ice than beverage and this time I really wanted to enjoy my bubble tea, because it was really close to my birthday and a long time have past, without drinking one a really good one, and I was disappointed because of that. I took like six sips of the thing and it was almost done and mostly ice was remaining inside the the cup. Great taste and all but I finish it in less than...
