I cannot say enough good things about this place. Please just go there. The food is always fresh and the flavors infused in their cuisine is what you can expect if your Costa Rican abuela just cooked for you. We ate here twice during our stay.
For breakfast get the eggs or the bistec. Both are great and come with the greatest rice (arroz) ever. Bistec is steak cooked with onions very similar to how we Filipinos make it.
For dinner get the porkchop!! This is a must. You can also get it for breakfast like we did. Its pretty big so they can split it into 2 plates. Comes with white rice and fries.
Their free bread is sensational. It's toasted with real non American margarine. Oh so good.
I also recommend hot chocolate for kids, tastes real without any fake sugar and I always ordered the cappuccino.
The lady working here is the nicest Tica you will ever meet. So sweet. We loved her.
