Diablo Burger — Restaurant in Jacó

A lot of things about this place is weird: it starts with the sitting. No-one greets you so you'd have to find your own table which is not a big deal. Then you are trying to fit your self between the table and the neighbouring chairs with other people and it's thought (I'm not obese). Tables are way too close in this joint. Secondly, No one comes to you for at least 10 minutes. I had to raise my hand a few times trying to attract attention of many "waitresses" floating around. Food takes anther 15-20 minutes. Burgers are quite good (4 out of 5) but buns are very greasy. If you don't care about the service, are ok to sit very close to other people and are fine waiting at least 30 minutes for a burger then you can try it. Overall, I do...

My experience has been always wonderful here , Jessica was my server and I asked for modifications and extra burger , she followed exactly as I specified, was very attentive and personable, the cook Nathan has been working here for 5 years and has always been consistently solid . They also have a nice house salsa picante which I added to my burger. The burger perfectly cooked , the best I’ved had in Jaco by far, and the price is less than a lot of other places....

Muy mala experiencia, nos habian recomendado mucho el lugar e Ibamos a ordenar y mi pareja toco unas chapas de botella de gaseosa que tienen ahi en el mostrador y un cocinero blanco de rulos llego con el peor gesto del mundo y la peor atención al cliente a decirle de muy mala manera que las chapas q tiene ahi tiras cerca del mostrador estan ordenadas y apesar de que mi pareja se disculpo lo que el tipo hizo fue mírarlo de mala manera y dar media vuelta sin decir una palabra sinceramente muy mala experiencia desde la entrada con el tipo de la cocina nose si el tipo tiene algun problema o algo asi pero no se trata asi a nadie y menos si es una persona que esta entrando a tu lugsr de trabajo a comprar, y al mencionarle lo que hizo el cocinero q las salonera su unica respuesta fue "si esque son las chapas de las botellas que se abrieron en semana santa" ni una disculpa ni mucho menos, no lo recomiendo El restaurante que esta a la par tiene el mismo menu mejores precios y una atención excelente con empeleados...
