Blue Iguana Soda — Restaurant in Sámara

Really not worth going to. We have been in Costa Rica for about a month now and have eaten at so many sodas. They all have had their different strengths and weaknesses, but all have been pretty good. I unfortunately cannot say the same about this one. Communication was very difficult, service was slow (I understand it’s a slow pace country, that’s fine, but this was notably slow.) Food was not fresh. Cold rice and beans. I also requested tap water to drink and a bottle was brought out (which is normal) but it had no lid, and I did not realize that there were multiple worms at the bottom of the bottle until after I finished drinking the whole thing. So obviously that’s unsettling. Just really not...

Very disappointed. For the price of almost 10000 CRC for one quesadilla con pollo, one burrito vegetarian and two agua a la piña, I was expecting a lot more. The quesadilla and the burrito were the same meal, the only difference was that the crepe was flat or rolled respectively. Not that tasty either. Served with frozen fries in our case. Not call this anymore but now call blue iguana,Had the chicken fried rice , but unfortunately had bones in it , not the best we have had 🥺 and when bill was brought out it was just a figure written on a piece of paper with no breakdown of cost.
