I travel quite often, and usually Starbucks is a safe bet when you need a coffee or breakfast. Nevertheless my experience at this location was underwhelming. The staff is not nice (although not rude) but simply seems like they wish they were elsewhere, the food is of a lesser quality than other Starbucks and the most shocking part is that the food costs twice what it would cost in Mexico or Guatemala (similar markets). We paid USD38 for breakfast for two (orange juice, breakfast sandwich and coffee), which is absurd when for less we had a wonderful breakfast at the hotel across the street. There might be variables related to the country, but at least you can make the experience better: happier staff and better care to the quality/presentation...
