Editing the review in 2024: kind of good but not impressed still for a bill of €100 pp. Service is impeccable now, cold starters were really good with freshest fish, wine recommendation hit the spot. Steak however was bland and tasteless, despite aging and being cooked as it should. Hot appetiser (soparnik) did not surprise the tastebuds and was just a slice of greasy filo pastry layered with cheese. Desert was on the contrary very surprising with a combo of punchy saltiness and sweet sirup. Not my cup of tea.
From 2018: Despite pretty looks, it was a disastrous experience from gastronomic point of view. Chef should not be challenging himself to pan Asian cuisine if he's far from being an expert in it. The service was fantastic, everyone was pleasant and friendly. Read moreOn a very cold winter evening entering to ask if they had a table for two without reservation, the maître greeted us with disdain and the question if we knew what restaurant they were, clearly implying the upscale price level was not within our reach and we weren't "dressed for the occasion" - we wore business casual and had winter attire due to the freezing conditions outside. At an executive level frequently visiting professionally as well as private these kind of establishments I am comfortably able to afford this.
