Bella Ciao — Restaurant in Limassol Municipality

This was our first time at Bella Ciao. The whole experience was elevated by the warmth shown by the owner Steven. Even before we ordered anything we were served a complimentary Garlic bread ( it looked like a 12 inch thin crust pizza). The food was really good. We ordered vegetarian dishes and they tasted great. Pizzas were really good. We wanted to change a couple of things in our dishes and they were gladly done by the restaurant. The quantity served at this restaurant is exceptional. Pastas could have been a bit creamier or more flavourful but for the price they were 5/5. Overall a splendid experience. We will visit again. I enjoyed a family dinner at Bella Ciao (2 adults & 1 child) and found it very convenient in terms of location and the meal was very good, One of the very few places my fussy 5 year old daughter actually ate a full meal!! Coming from the UK I am very particular about customer service and not afraid to voice my opinions, but I was immensely impressed by the waitering service of Steven (?) who was customer focused and attentive to our needs and others. So much so in fact, we thought he was the actual owner of the establishment such was his vested interest and warm enthusiasm. We arrived and we ask to turn on the A/C as in Limassol in July it’s more than 40 degrees. They told us it was broken (didn’t look like broken at all as the light was on and if is broken, make sure to fix it immediately… but it wasn’t). The food was ok, nothing special and not terrible but the service was really bad. The restaurant was empty, just our family at the table and the waitress that was really unpleasant, made a mistake of our order for two times. So at the end it took as an hour to get my sandwich.
