Got the worst service evere. First they messed up our order, right at the counter, even if i pointed fingers at the menu. Wrong items were added, then we got it corrected. Then we were sitting at the tables and the girl brought us wrong drinks that were ment to be for another customer. So it was time for our food and it were the wrong ones. Had to wait more and when the nachos arrived they were cold. But i must say that the Mad Dog was really good, plus points for the chef.

Good place with nice view, polite stuff, good WiFi (password: 25255455). And of course, MAD burgers! The petty is very thick and made out of a good meet. Cheese is nicely melted. Home-made bun adds points to the burger. Overall: nicely balanced, tasty, juicy and delicious burger. I can't ask for more

Good service. Tried a couple of items on their menu. Favourites are the pastrami sandwich and the onion rings. The premises look clean and well maintained. Nice atmosphere. Update. Onion rings have changed. Not worth it any more. Served without sauce. Pastrami sandwich also got smaller.

Message to the owner of this place!! Shame on you to hire cheap stuff that cant do their job well.

MAD BURGER IS really MAD

They should seriously reconsider their service. TRAIN YOUR STAFF. We came here only because of the birthday discount. Burger was just ok nothing special. Bun was dry and not warmed up. We ordered two bottles of water that after 15min of waiting never came so we needed to come inside and actually take them from the fridge. Same with salt. 2min after ordering I saw on the menu that you can swap the bun for the black one for free. Then it not only turned out that the menu is misleading / not clear but also it was not included in the birthday discount. Because as the indian waitress said „I already put it in the system so I can’t change it”. Also ok - i can pay 1.25€ for each bun but for 2 I paid 3€ not 2.5€. So extra 0.5€ for what? The bill was supposed to be -50% off. 3€ not included in the discount for no reason// will never come again, service means a lot and being scammed on price on birthday is not OK.

Don’t bother to go there. No wonder why nobody is...

Very excited to have come across this lovely place. Very nice and helpful staff. The food was warm when served, the fries where very crispy and freshly homemade wand I can effortlessly say they where indeed the best fries I have tried in my life so far. The burger meat was fresh and cooked to perfection making it juicy and delightful as well as the vegan buns full of flavour. Prices are decent for the meal you are getting. Well, this place failed where it matters the most - burgers. Honestly, what's wrong with Cyprus burger joints? Why is it impossible to prepare it anything but "well well done"? In this place, all the ingredients seem fresh and good, the extras taste good, the bun is very nice and firm. But oh god, the petty... it's dry and dead. Burger is ruined. I have nothing against the nice lady in the open kitchen working super hard for a minimum wage, probably. But please teach her to make...
