I can be pretty picky when it comes to Italian having worked in Italian dining for many years.
I thought the selection on the menu was ok, but not very exciting. Pretty standard throughout. Hoped for something a bit more adventurous.
The setting is stunning. The building is beautiful. It was a bit cold.. but I just put that down to the weather.
The service was fine. The main guy waiting on us was decent, witty, competent. However, we made it clear we would need individual bills from the start. They said that was fine, then didn't do it, so paying was an absurdly drawn out process.. from asking for the bill to the last person paying was easily over half an hour, we told our friends to just leave instead of waiting as it was taking so long.

The waiter remembered what each person ordered in a table of 8. Will sound ridiculous but that's something not even in most fancy places in Limassol is obvious. Despite the place looks a little bit casual, service is from an outstanding high standard restaurant. Dishes were not salty. Food was typical home made Italian which is great to find at reasonable price. Comparison are tedious. Italy is italy, Cyprus is Cyprus. I found two pieces of bone in my mushroom and ham risotto. For a place that wants to advertise itself as a fine wine dinner its not doing it right. We asked for five different wines from the wine list and not one was in stock!! The service was slow and the staff not professionals. The only reason that I am giving it 3 stars is that the salmon ravioli were excellent and the house salad was fresh. The desserts...
