Extremely disappointing and deceptive experience.

This restaurant has clearly set up their online ordering system (W*lt) in a way that tricks customers into receiving less than what they paid for. I ordered a Large “Merida Enisximeni”, expecting a proper upgraded meal. Instead, I received a portion smaller than a regular, with just meat and bread—no coleslaw, no fries, no salad, and nothing close to what was advertised in their picture.

When I called to report the missing items, the person on the phone bluntly insisted nothing was missing, despite it being obvious that it was not a full meal. They had also already spoken to Wilt’s customer support, falsely claiming everything was prepared as ordered.

To make things worse, the menu on W*lt has been deliberately changed so that unless you manually select every single ingredient (including fries, which should be standard in a Merida), they won’t include them. This feels like a dishonest tactic to cut corners and mislead customers.

In short, I paid for a Large Enisximeni and received meat and bread.

Thanks for the “amazing” experience—definitely not ordering again. NEVER AGAIN.

Amazing quality gyros, either pork, or beef, or chicken, so well cooked, juicy and tasty.

Great variety of sauces to choose from (I prefer paprika and tyrolafteri).
