An Outstanding Experience at Vitro Osteria!
We had a family lunch earlier this week, and were truly impressed that a restaurant in Paphos can excel so thoroughly in every aspect!
We booked Vitro Osteria for a special occasion with 30 people, and from start to finish, everything was handled with care and professionalism. They even called us beforehand to go over the menu together. We trusted their recommendationsâand weâre so glad we did!
Our guests were delighted with every dish. Highlights included the fresh Verde salad, rich eggplant parmigiana, comforting lasagna bolognese, flavorful grilled chicken in Neapolitan sauce, and the tender pork loin fillet with mushrooms. For dessert, the tiramisu and panna cotta were both divine.
Honestly, I couldnât even pick a favoriteâthey were all perfectly cooked and beautifully presented.
The service deserves a special mention too. The entire team was kind, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly.
A huge thank you to everyone at Vitro Osteria. You made our gathering truly special. Weâll definitely...
Read moreHello, So.. im italian and I ate âlinguine alla pescatoraâ in this restaurant. I have to say this has potential because the texture of this homemade pasta was really good and you can taste the freshness of it.. same with the seafood, BUT being italian and knowing the recipes and the original taste I have to say it isnât real pescatora.. you canât put fresh cream on pasta with fish it just doesnât go togheter and in Italy it would be a crime ahhah ! But seriously it has potential. Same with the carbonara we dont use fresh cream. For pescatora you can just use some fresh tomatos olive oil and the sauce from the sea food but no cream. It covers the taste of the fish. But it really has potential with the homemade pasta. Also, its a little to much 20⏠for a plate and the portion is quite little. In italy we pay 10⏠max for this.. just tomatos sea food olive oil and garlic.. keep it simple its always the best way! Super nice...
Read moreMy husband and I had an amazing dining experience at Vitro Osteria. We are tourists staying along the seaside promenade in Paphos and had been referred by the owner of Tamaris shoe store to venture up to Old Town and try Vitro based on our conversation for the mutual love of Italian food. The promise was Vitro will not disappoint and true to the referral Vitro was an exceptional experience that was lead by the gracious team: John( Omar), Tomis and of course the very gracious and talented chef Rudolfo and his lovely wife whom is the pastry chef. Highlights on our menu to be complemented with an Aperol spritz and Negroni that John had crafted for us ,menu delights: the melt in your mouth carpaccio, savory homemade pesto pasta and brilliant lobster ravioli. To top off the delicious main courses - The chocolate cheese cake enjoyed with a smooth illy espresso was blissfully enjoyed! We will be back!! BellismoâŁď¸ The...
