Starbucks — Restaurant in Paralimni

I have been visiting this place year round , been a loyal customer and all But today the 7th of August ,I had an appaling experience. I have ordered the new white chocolate pistachio espresso and instead got the creme brule. I went back saying that this is not what I ordered and the two lady baristas tried to gaslight me into thinking that I got what I ordered,when it was clear they made a mistake. They didn't offered to redo my order ,instead they were going stronger on the lies that it's what I ordered My order should have been whiteish-green as shown in the picture, and what I ordered was brown and tasted exactly like creme brule. Very disappointed to pay 7 euros for a coffee and can't drink it,won't ever return there again and will not recommend to any of my local...

Ordered 2 Iced Latte - was asked if I want it „strong“ or „medium“. I said „medium“ (confused by the question). Got charged extra!

I didnt get the receipt until I asked for it (as I thought the price isnt right). Even after I said it isnt right and that I was overcharged and I just want a regular latte both employees there played it down and didnt change my order. It was a scam as apparently I was charged for extra blonde shots which I didn’t order an didn’t get. Had to google it to even understand the extra charge.. This has never happened to me in any Starbucks...

On holiday with my friend ..have been going to Starbucks for a coffee in the mornings ..today was the same however stupidly I took my purse out of my bag and when I left ..I left it on the chair ..with all my euros and hotel key ..two hours later when we went to get key for room we realised it was missing 😥..made our way back to Starbucks (with not much hope) to see if it was there..TO MY DELIGHT the gentleman behind the counter said yes he had ..with contents still in tact ...THANK YOU VERY MUCH ..you have restored my faith in humanity..see you...
