Café Restaurant Caesar — Restaurant in okres Olomouc

Yesterday we were a group of 6 and decided to enjoy some time in this restaurant. We sat, and we didn’t receive any menu. Just the one that was on the table for 6 persons. Then it took them 25 min for them to come so we could finally order our drinks. An other 15 min to receive them. For the meal, we order gnocchis and pizza quatro fromaggi and some fries. The pizza looked like a pancake with cheese, gnocchi were supermarket-bought and fries, were even more bad as the one from McDonald’s. For the service, it looks like the staff doesn’t really enjoy to work there. Not smiling, and it seemed to us that we were annoying them( more specially one of them). Maybe it was the fear to speak English ? Anyway, we weren’t all foreigners, we understand and speak czech. She definitely saw that we didn’t have any menus or drinks and each time she was incredibly ignoring us. I’ve never seen such a performance. Just like an actress. Some people came way after us and they received menus, drinks, and food before us. What a shame. This restaurant has a good reputation( I am still trying to understand why ) but they probably don’t like tourists (which we are not). They...

We tried to get something to eat. It was really hot and they only served food outside. The only table left was the one in the direct sun. We asked the Staff about any possibilities of getting seated in the shade, but they did nothing. So we moved the table half a metre to sit in the shade. Immediately (!) a server appeared and started shouting at us for moving the table. She was really rude and didn't offer any alternative. We left immediately. The food is good here. I usually like coming here. I am here and I did not see the step up to get into this dining room. I tripped and fell on my face. I am in my 60' and in January, I broke 2 bones in my shoulder. I fell less than 10 feet from the owner and 2 servers. No one even customers asked if I was okay, or tried to help me up. The servers just giggled. I'm embarrassed and very disappointed with the staff present. The pizza was good but I was so embarrassed, I left after eating...
