Florista Café — Restaurant in Prague

Short version: great coffee, great food, great staff, great owner.

Longer version: One in the group of my friends got addicted to their coffee, the addiction spread through the group and this became an exclusive coffee shop for all of them (I, sadly, don't drink coffee). Whenever we go for a walk, go to the gym, go play squash/beach v. or do anything in the area, we always end up there getting a coffee along the way. They have small sitting spots on the outside which I really like as I can sit there and wait for my friends to get their coffee and sweets. Every time I go there is something wrong with my coffee, I ask for extra milk and they forget or maybe they don’t understand but I say it several times. Today AGAIN they forgot and I asked again for the extra milk, they changed it. When I’m already inside the tram drinking my coffee I realize ITS COW MILK!!!!!!!!!!!? Twice already they give me cow milk with en I order, terrible all the time. The staff is kind yes but unfortunately I’ve been there more than 10 times because I thought it was just me being quite picky with coffee and service but they need to do something....

I had the best experience here. The coffee here is great, exactly what I would expect from a speciality coffee. If I can recommend something it would be the batch brew. The staff (today there were two young ladies) is unbelievably friendly and nice, they even helped me pick which coffee would I like based on my preference.
