Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Dartmouth

Took family of 4 for lunch. Ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich for myself. Took a bite into it and the chicken was pink and running pink juices. I went back to the counter and politely and quietly told the employee the chicken was not cooked and I would not be eating it. He told me that the item I chose takes the longest to cook.....6 minutes. He said they could cook another one for me for 6 minutes. Umm......if this wasn't cooked at 6 minutes, the next one won't be either. I tore the chicken sandwich open and showed him the inside was not cooked. I declined a replacement chicken sandwich and asked for a hamburger of equivalent value. He told me I could keep the chicken sandwich or throw it out. No chance I was going to eat that! I received a single burger with mustard and ketchup. This did not equate. This establishment is going to make people sick with undercooked food. There was no apology or accountability by the staff. Won't be eating at DQ in Dartmouth Crossing again. I could not consider eating at any DQ any time soon. Completely disgusted by the food received this day and...

Ordered a meal deal with onion rings .. first time I ever had uncooked onion rings , the batter oozed out when I took a bite , disgusting, the chicken fingers were so small for the price , after showing the person on duty she ordered me a fresh batch and she told them to cook a bit extra .. the order I waited for 10 minutes while they were just chatting and laughing standing around until I said I am waiting for my order .. then the young girl tells me they are putting them down now when someone says oh here’s the order .. they were sitting there getting cold while they chatted ..mean time my granddaughter is getting my Sundae I heard her ask if they could put some more chocolate on it .. the older lady was told to not put much on it is what I believe I heard and we left totally disappointed in food and service we took a picture of the sundae to show how much your restaurant lowered its standards Very disappointed with our food .. i through the...

Come to this place if you just want your order messed up ( wondering if its on purpose) every single time. I work in dartmouth crossing, was by today and said my order, which the gentlemen working the drive through repeated back to me. I couldn't have said it more clear because I knew they would mess it up like they always do. The fact that he said my order directly back to me, then when I got my food it was completely wrong is beyond pathetic, and it happens every time. Couldn't tell until I was out of the drive through, and then couldn't be bothered to go and have it fixed. Also, when the guy on the window said good bye he said it real sarcastically and ignorant, like they always do. Pathetic. Don't go here. I won't be back, and I use to enjoy getting lunch here where I work in dartmouth crossing. Never again! Money saved so it all works out. Stay away unless you like to pay for something and then be given something no where close to...
