If there were 0.5 star i would give it to them. Rude and sick attitude to the customers. When I asked for the manager waitress is claimed that she is a manager. When I called over the phone by the official number on their web site to make a complain and asked for the customer care manager, guess what the girl on the line said: there is no manager is going to talk to you. Not recommended, do not spend ur money and time.

here is the story: Awful Attitude to the Customers--- With my wife we made an order and didnt order a drink. Waitresses (Mia and Christina) showed their dissatisfaction on this and start bugging us, and tried to sell us some drinks. I had my own water with me that was closed and was on the table. Mia came and start conversation that i can not have water on the table, even i am not using it. and when i have asked to give me a tap water, she refused it. When I have asked for the manager the waitress Mia and Christina replied that they are the managers. when i called to the official phone number +45 7030-4050 ans asked for the customer care manager to file a complain, the girl on the line said that no manager is going to talk to u. I have recorded our conversation on my phone to send it to the company as a proof. But they have called police and shakily being afraid that i will send that video to managers. I have told them that I am recording to send it as a prof to ur managers. We have wait until police came, and left our orders. We have talked to police and only concern that police has it was that I need to delete the video from ny phone because of the rules of taking a video in private place. So I have removed the video from my phone. Completely dissatisfied, never ever will go there and will never recommend it to any one. In all reviews as i read, waitresses pretended as managers and no help regarding...

Amazing service, good food and nice atmosphere.

We came here with a group of 8 looking for dinner and honestly did not expect much. All chain restaurants I've ever been to had mediocre food and service at best and usually felt pretty crowded. However I was pleasantly surprised. We got a nice table overlooking the restaurant from above and the food was actually good. Both the steak (perfectly medium rare) with potatoes and Belgian chocolate cake were delicious. The service was by far the best I've seen during our Denmark vacation with a waiter actually checking from afar if our glasses are empty and not coming running every 5 minutes to ask if we want something or forgetting about us altogether. Our large orders were delivered quickly with our first round of drinks being there within less than 5 minutes. It's also worth noting that the servings are already big sizes, but if you want more you can get refills on sauce or potatoes/fries.

We came here after a long day of exploring the sights and a bad experience at a Bistro further down the street and this place really managed to shift the mood, so we had a pleasant evening after all...

We've dined at Jensens Bøfhus on nearly every trip to DK. But sadly, this time was our last.

The quality of the food has been going downhill for the past couple of years, and we were especially disappointed this time.

They have a lot of great things going for them - friendly staff, a really nice atmosphere, great level of choices in the menu, and free refills for some select items.

But the food… The Spareribs tasted alright, but the meat wasn't even close to slipping off the bones like it should. We had to literally tear pieces off. Nowhere near the quality one would expect from a place like this.

The burger was.. uh.. yeah.. not that great. Way too much mayo, and the bun was so dry and hard that you could literally use it as a hammer. It was the worst we have ever had at any of the restaurants we have ever visited in DK.

And then there's the price. This is quite the expensive place now, and especially given what you get, it's pretty much a fraud. I would not recommend this...
