It is shocking to see such a terrible response from a restaurant with a 4.9 Google rating. I came to your restaurant hoping to enjoy a good meal. When my family and I arrived, the waiter did not greet us or show us to a table, we talked to him and his attitude was very cold. I brought bubble tea and was unaware of any rules against outside drinks until the waiter informed me. Upon learning this, I immediately offered to order drinks from the menu if we ate in the restaurant.

I was just honestly rating the experience I had in your restaurant, but this triggered such a personal attack. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had in Denmark, and your response has made it even worse. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect and courtesy in a service environment.

Charming Ramen Spot with Great Vegan Options

I am so happy to have discovered the cutest ramen spot in Aalborg to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. We were blown away by the amount of vegan appetizers. We enjoyed the wakame, edamame, and vegan gyoza🥟, followed by delicious vegan ramen bowls. The place was tidy, clean, and super cozy - perfect for a birthday evening🥰

The friendly owners were incredibly attentive, showing us ingredient lists to check for allergens. If you’re craving delicious vegan food, or ramen in general, definitely visit and support this lovely business♥️

The beers are also all vegan. I made sure to double check on Barnivore😍

Just a heads-up: the kimchi and the kimchi-flavored seasoning on the sesame seeds aren’t vegan due to fish pastes and sauces in momoya for kimchi and a non vegan e-number in the kimchi flavoring. I’ll attach a photo of the ingredients for reference.
