RAA - Nordic Brasserie & Bar — Restaurant in Aarhus Municipality

I chose this hotel partly because it advertised having two restaurants, which made it seem like a great option for meals on-site. Unfortunately, the reality was far from what was promised. Despite the claim, only one restaurant was open during my stay, and the menu was severely limited — the only thing actually available was a single type of hamburger. No other dishes, no variety, and no explanation.

We dined at RAA - Nordic Brasserie & Bar on a Sunday evening, arriving shortly before 6 PM when the kitchen opens. The service was friendly, and the staff made us feel welcome.

However, the menu selection was very limited, at least on Sundays. The burger was essentially the only main dish available, with the rest being starters or small snacks. While the food came quickly and tasted good, the lack of variety was disappointing.

If you’re looking for more options, you might want to consider one of the restaurants nearby the hotel. For a simple and quick meal, RAA can work, but it’s not ideal if you’re expecting...

Incredible food with equal service to match. They really understand the "new Nordic cuisine" and have created a menu with a few beautiful selections of dishes. The menu isn't large, but it should cover all tastes and all are of very high quality. The wait-staff are attentive, knowledgeable, and have a high attention to detail. My expectations were not particularly high considering it is inside a hotel, but don't be mistaken, this is of the same Calibre as many other incredible restaurants in Aarhus (of which there are many).
