ARoS Café & Orangeri — Restaurant in Aarhus Municipality

My sister and I had invited our mom to Aros. We had booked a table for lunch in the Orangeri. While the atmosphere is very nice, the food is quite bland and ordinary. We ordered the pumpkin soup, which simply tasted of puréed pumpkin, there was no salt, pepper, spice, cream - nothing at alle to "spice" it up. The spinach waffles, were likewise very bland, and tasted of spinach mixed with flour and eggs. Finally, the lunch platter looked very enticing, but likewise lacked flavor, and the ryebread was rather dry. I asked a staff to clean up the table 3 and he said “we will get to you when we have time.” And they never get back to us in 20 min. I measured the time meanwhile they set up and clean up other tables, maybe with danish customers.

I felt like being ignored and discriminated. The joy ARoS gave us went away due to their worst service.
