Very popular, but incredibly mediocre. The bread is underbaked within (soggy, sticky, with massive air bubbles) and the crust is burned (black and bitter). Verdict: it's mostly inedible. They have a few good pastries, like the morning bun, and their vegan chocolate cake, but consider yourself lucky, if you actually get to find on their shelves what you came to buy. You'll most likely walk away disappointed and frustrated.

It's quite fun to get there early in the morning to observe their stoned, hazy and mellow teenage staff though. Order a bun with cheese and watch their brain melt for the next six minutes. If everything wasn't so overpriced, that situational comedy would have awarded them an extra star.

Excellent goods but they are hard to get hold of. "Berliner-wednesday" they should consider changing to "berliner-wednesday-afternoon" as neither their berliner nor old-fashioned fastelavnsbolle is ready until after 12.00 and they say you have to call first to be completely sure. It must be a baker who snoozes a lot. The uncertainty about whether their goods are available or not, I have never experienced similar to other similar places, so it will unfortunately be far from a recommendation from here. Unless of course you live in the area and have the opportunity in a trip every day with small children and work to be able to commute back and forth to the store to see if they have e.g....

If you want to eat poetry for dessert, this is where you go! Yummy Danish goodness in each bite... I went on a Sunday morning around 10:30 and there was a queue (approx 10 people).. but it moved relatively fast and the few mins of wait was well worth it... Completely recommend. We are living a 2 mins walk away from this place for the next couple of months so definitely I see myself as a regular customer. P.S: I'd tried the bread a few days back too and that was ok.. I mean it was good but maybe the cakes just blew me away so much that I can't compare with the bread... Try it out for sure and decide...
