"10 days ago, I bought shoes from HW Larsen because someone told me they were very good. I ordered them online, but they were too small. So, I went to the Larsen store in Copenhagen and talked to them. They took my number and said they would text me on Thursday when the shoes were restocked, so I could get my size. However, they didn’t text me, and I tried calling them as well. I waited for 4 days, but the service was very poor. Don’t give people false hope if you’re not going to fulfill...

Big shop for kitchen utensils mainly focusing on the industry.

The assortment is not really pretty selected or presented and clearly has a function first focus.

Of course you’ll find something here too, but it is surely not the unfriendly service which convinces you to return.

I would go to Kunst & Køk rather than spend...

Good place to buy professional grade cooking and catering equipment and supplies. They also have a knife sharpening service; drop off or sharpen while you wait for a surcharge. I came when there was no line and it took about 5 min per blade....
