Great Park for daily walk or Jogging- the park is sculpted around a small pond. There are several parks on the west side of Copenhagen inner city. These ramparts used to be part of a fortress defending the city; mostly from our Swedish neighbours during many wars. The park is located next to the National art gallery which has its own review. Unfortunately the back of the national gallery is a big block that takes a bit of charm from parts of the park. There is a lovely pond and many places to relax during spring or summer with a book and some cherries (or grapes, you know the drill). Also, it is a very good place to exercise, running circles around the park or running up and down various stair cases. There always seems to be a new path to walk down and a new corner to uncover.
