Service was not good- we had a vegan person in our group who was promised some vegan options, and once she had already paid the waiter comes and says they cannot provide her that food. Furthermore, they could not even suggest anything else to give her...

Second event that happened, was that another person from our friend's group found a piece of GLASS in her food. We did not get any proper apology for it, and we only got compensated for half the price. Being professional, the waiter should actually have checked everyone else who had the same food, but this did not happen. Our friend has constant stomach pains for 2 days after our visit, luckily she did not have to go to the hospital...

Other than that, food is tasty and the menu is nice but never going to this...

A worst version of other brunches in town -- for the same price.

The cheese with marmalade is terrible: 2 slices of a cheap cheese, with a "hotel-like" portion of jam. And a bell pepper on the same plate, which left the cheese tasting like it.

My smoothie had a rotten strawberry inside.

The pancakes didn't have enough chocolate sauce for all of them.

The bread wasn't very tasty and it was a quite small portion.

The granola with yoghurt was served without a spoon. I ate it with my fork.

UPDATE to reply: of course we are all humans and can make mistakes. Hopefully with what I wrote you can review those mistakes. Your restaurant is in a really good location and still it was half empty on a Sunday morning. I truly hoped this review could help you...

They have lost it!!!! I have been eating in their place since last 4 years. Havent been to their place in last few month and when i went their yesterday I realized how they have degraded their level. Humus without lamb!!! Feta and tomato salad was so bad!!! Before it use to be so fresh and good. Egg with turkish sausage was my favorite before even that was over cooked and seems like precooked!!!! Pancake was so dry!!! Turkish cheese roll seems to be lying around for a while so when it reach us, it was no more crispy!!!! Never going back i am so sad that this...
