So you walk along the Nørrebro streets and then you step down into a basement and all of a sudden you have entered something that looks and feels like a countryside barn house in Belgium. For me who knows very little about the world of sour beers it was a great experience. I told the the bartender and he helped me navigate in great manner, not the stuck up "know it all attitude" which is quite common. They know their stuff and the selection is impressive. If it gets to complicated there's a back room passage through to Mikkeller & Friends which the guy pointed out with a friendly laugh. Awesome place for sours in all variations. Farmhouse, Saison, Geuze, Lambic etc etc, they have it all here. Very friendly service too and a great atmosphere. They also pop special bottles and sell them by the glass; 10/20 cl. Expensive for sure, especially if you dive into the world of the Geuze. They even have several vintage Mega Blends in the cooler.
