Looking for a place to enjoy a traditional Dominican lunch (and of course getting a bit lost without GPS and just following our intuition 😊), we accidentally found Eco Gusto Ozuna Restaurante – and what a great surprise it was! The place has a super nice local vibe, and to my amazement, right next to the Dominican flag… there was a Polish flag too! 🇵🇱🇩🇴
It turns out you can choose between delicious Dominican food and real Polish home cooking – yes, including "pierogi" and pork chops! But we went with the Dominican menu, and it was the perfect choice – homemade, full of flavor, and truly delicions. Just the kind of food I love the most!
The owner is Polish and super friendly – she knows a lot about the Dominican Republic and gave us great tips for a trip, so besides a tasty meal, we also left with an amazing idea for a local adventure.
