I recently dined at El Trebol Restaurante, and I have to say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, with a cozy yet elegant atmosphere that made for a perfect evening out. But what truly stood out during my visit was the exceptional service provided by one of the Cuban servers.
From the moment we were seated, our server’s energy and attentiveness set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. He greeted us with a genuine smile and immediately made us feel welcome. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, as he enthusiastically recommended dishes and drinks, explaining each option with passion and detail. We took his suggestions, and they did not disappoint!
The food itself was delicious — beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavor. But it was the personal touch from our server that made everything even more special. He checked in with us at the perfect moments, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. His professionalism combined with a warm, friendly attitude made the whole evening more enjoyable.

My friends ordered the steak & potato’s & pesto calamari. No one was really raving about the food. My pasta was made in the grana padano wheel, it was made table side. It was nice presentation but it tasted salty and the shrimp was cold. The Caesar salad that was made table side was delicious though! They made their own croutons which I found was a nice touch. Por no hablar de un menú que en el papel promete mucho pero su ejecución deja mucho que desear. Un pescado a la sal mal elaborado (eso si te hacen un show de flameado en la mesa ,y te cobran un dineral ) por favor el pescado a la sal NO se flameado en la mesa, al pescado a la sal NO se le pueden quitar las escamas de la piel porque lo salas, el pescado a la sal se limpia a cierta distancia del comensal no casi encima de la mesa y se le mancha entero. La rueda de queso parmesano para hacer la pasta dentro, ufff que tristeza, una pasta sosa, sin la cremosidad del parmesano, que sabe más al agua de la cocción que otra cosa, te lo cobran como si estuvieras en Italia pero como un italiano lo vea llora.
