The Mofongo King — Restaurant in La Hispaniola

Mofongo King is literally my favorite restaurant on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. It has spectacular views, everything in the menu is excellent and the people who own and work there are wonderful, kind and generous. They go out of their way to help you and make you feel comfortable. I've been all over the country and the Mofongo there and the shrimp pasta is the best I've had period, and I've been to over 40 countries. If you miss this gem of a restaurant on your trip to the Dominican Republic's north coast it would surely be a shame. To top it all off, it is located in the center of one of the islands...

Good place for a drink or a coffee at Sosua beach. You can order drinks and food directly at the restaurant, or just lying at the beach without moving your finger :P Of course, what you want to get is mofongo, for breakfast, lunch or dinner, here its exquisite at any time of the day.
