Grilling Rustic Restaurant — Restaurant in Guayaquil

We ordered our food nothing complicated baby ribs, T bone steak and pork carré. After almost an hour we asked why we did not receive our order and nobody came to tell us why our order was delayed. Because we asked the waitress told us that the system was down even though other tables dis receive their food. They gave us as a compliment sweet plantains with cheese, normally that dish is hot but the brought to us cold. We called the supervisor that was walking around in an almost empty place. We asked him that what was going on, and why we were there almost an hour waiting, and nobody gave us an explanaition, after our request he expedited our order. When we received our order the moros rice (gratinated rice with lentils) was cold, no silverware and some side dishes that we did not ordered. The speakers for the live music was too loud, too much treble; the pizza's crust was way too thin, and a large pizza had just 3 whole pieces of basil on it, but with enough oil to fry 10 eggs; we had to ask 3 times for the check, and ended up needed to walk up the cashier to pay while all the servers were singing birthday songs to other guests; the whole experience - from entering the door, ordering, waiting for food (most of the time), to leaving immediately after finally paying took nearly 2 bloody hours - not a place to go for a quick bite; the Philly Cheesesteak was too salty, and the potatoes that came with were dry and terrible. The Chef is always correct, per the waiter! I ordered some steak, rare. What arrived was the toughest piece of 'leather' which was creamated! I asked why it was not like the illustration I was shown when ordering? See the answer above! Decided that I would try a different wine for my 2nd bottle, waiter very quick to recommend one of the highest priced on the (limited) list. A glass of tap water please? Ah,ah! Water by the bottle only.
