KFC — Restaurant in Al Hadaba

Worst experience. Found hair in my chicken. I told them and they did nothing. 3 people for 2 orders and they were not understanding well no language unless Egyptian. It took them almost 20/30 minutes to prepare, when no one was in the restaurant. Also our chicken was still row and other’s clients that came after also. TOTALLY THE WORST EVER! I wish I could rate less than one star!

I been to many KFC branches around the globe.. however, this branch is the dirtiest and most horrible place you'd ever go to!!

Nothing is positive about the place, even the employees.. they were fighting each other and shouting very loudly in front of the customers.. I still excuse them as they might be stressed out due to workload (although no load because it's a dirty place with bad reputation anyway).

Can't say whether the restaurant was extremely quiet because KFC just isn't very popular here in Egypt or because the food tastes nothing like I would expect in KFC. The food took an absolute age to be cooked and when it did finally arrive, was bland. Had a zinger burger that was tiny and the only one of the 11 herbs and spices I could taste was salt, which actually was better than the "chicken strips" which didn't taste of anything much at all.
