First time ever to make me updated my name in google and leaving my very first comment. PLEASE AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COST!!!!!!!and be cautious this restaurant has 12% service charge. Came in and a man like chef in black tried to sell us the seafood at the door, we told him we wanted to go up and take a look at the menu first, he changed his face immediately. We decided to get a fish and squid so we went down to choose again. He picked a big ass squid and immediately put on scale like we had no right to choose which one to get. My mom went to check the squid and told us this one is not fresh at all. She picked another which is fresher, this chef man took this one out from ice and saw this one is smaller than the previous one and changed face again….so after, we went back up and ordered some more other food from menu, another waiter helped to order. This guy is not nice either. We ordered two soups and said we wanna share, and when he asked for drinks, only I ordered a mango juice and the other three no placed drink order, we just had an afternoon tea and a drink at 5 and we were at this restaurant eating an early dinner at 6. We really couldn’t eat this much. But the guy talk and look at us with a weird attitude, and I think I heard he said “no money” on the way out after taking order…..ok so later food is here and we started eating and a waiter suddenly gave a basket of breads (the one you would usually get for free in egypt!!!) to us saying it’s for free. Oh and they couldn’t offer any sauce for the bread and at that time we thought it’s free so what more we could ask for right. We couldn’t even finish the bread. And here we go, when we got the check, at first I didn’t notice anything. We just asked if we could pay in US dollars as we didn’t have enough ego. The guy said ok and went to check us amount. if using the rate by that time, it would just be 40usd. And according to our experience in Egypt, we thought they might charge 41usd, but the guy came back when a receipt saying 46usd….WE WERE SO SHOCKED…starting to know this restaurant is SUPER DISHONEST. And U KNOW WHAT!!! So this made us more cautious and my husband checked the bill again so that we found out THEY CHARGED US FOR THE BREADS THAT WE DIDNT ORDER!!!! We didn’t notice at first since all the item names were in Arabic which we don’t understand. We asked him and he tried to play dumb and I got mad said how about we call police. He then took the bill and went to changed to a final and correct price. This restaurant HAS NO MORAL. And food is not that good,...
Read morePlease choose this restaurant if you want to have a terrible dinner and be constantly interrupted. I don't think Muslim men know how to respect women at all. Maybe because I came alone, the waiters kept asking me for good reviews. I had already replied "good" to them many times, but they still bothered me once every five minutes. I just wanted to have a meal quietly and take a rest. When I clearly refused to take pictures of the food to promote for them, the waiter asked me "why". There's no why, just because I didn't want to. In the end, they still took pictures regardless of my wishes. Are you bandits? When I finished paying, they asked me for written good reviews again and asked me to take pictures again. I had been asked for good reviews for I don't know how many times within less than an hour of having my meal. I felt really awful. Especially when eating sea fish which requires careful eating, I had to stop constantly for fear of getting a fish bone stuck in my throat, and all this was just to stop being constantly harassed by them. By the way, I really, really dislike the guy in black clothes yesterday. I don't think the food in your restaurant is delicious enough to deserve that much. I was the only customer in the restaurant during dinner time. No wonder the business is so poor that they kept harassing me. The paella had no other seafood except for a few pieces of squid. It was plain rice with a curry flavor. The guava juice was very bland and didn't taste good. I get so angry when I think that I was constantly harassed and still had to pay a 12% service charge. Except for being cheap, I can't think of anything worthy of promotion. I will tell all my friends to avoid...

I’d give a zero if I can.
The service was bad, chef had a bad attitude when we refuse to take what he suggested because not all their seafood were fresh.
Food quality was below average, the soup was merely warm.
When I thought the worst part was the food, then the bill came and my family and I were just in shocked with the whole situation.
When we asked for the bill we noticed we were running shorts on Egyptian pound so we asked if we could pay with usd. They agreed and took the bill back to write down how much it would be after converted to USD.
The bill total was a bit over 2000 Egyptian pound which for today’s rate at 51.05 it should convert to around $41usd. The waiter had the courage to ask for $46USD. We were stunned with his exchanged rate but he looked at me straight into the eye and said the rate is $1usd to 45 egyptian pound.
So we decided to pay with credit card and felt nothing was right about the restaurant so I checked the bill again. Shockingly, they try to charge us 3 bread for 60 egyptian pound that we’ve NEVER ordered.
We were only able to get it cancel when we said we have to call the police.
For the record, we’ve ordered 1 hareed for 512, 1 squid for 792, 1 seafood fried rice for 100, 2 seafood soup for 150 each and lastly a mango juice for 60. With 12% mandatory service charge the whole meal costed us 1975.68.
If they didn’t add the 60 Egyptian pound for the bread we would’ve gave them a tip that would eventually be more than what they tried to charge us but they were too shortsighted...
