KFC — Restaurant in Cairo

My first time to eat from KFC, it wasn't a satisfied experience. I ordered the new mighty tower and fries: *the sandwich was good taste and fresh(but still sandwiches from bazooka or heart attack still best of it) *the 1 piece fried chicken was too bad.. Cold.. Very small...very dry, its taste was too bad. Overall it's the worst fried chicken i ever see.. *the rice was kinda good as it was hot and fresh but i didn't like its taste and i didn't ate it(maybe some one will like it 🤷‍♂️) *the fries was good and fresh. *coleslaw and sauces were good. *the order take a little long time although the branch wasn't crowded. *the branch was clean but not clean enough. *there wasn't any soap or sanitizer in bathroom. The WORST KFC branch ever..I placed an online order and due to my very bad luck, the food was delivered through that branch again..The chicken is NOT fresh and has a black and dark brown color, the taste is very BAD, and finally we threw the order in the garbage bin..I complained to the customer service and this isn't the first time to complaint about the quality of food and they promised that one of the managers will contact me soon but in vain..KFC isn't like before, the quality of food is going from worse to worst..KFC doesn't care about their customers and consequently, we don't care about KFC anymore, I decided to stop placing any orders from KFC and I believe that the other fried chicken brands should...

المكان ده صحيح انه مكان هادئ جدا ولكن توجد عندي ملاحظتين مهمتين جدا

الملاحظة الأولى: طلبت أنا وصديقي وجبتين مكونه من ثلاث قطع، وتفاجئت أنا وصديقي ان قطع الدجاج ليست طازجة وأن أرجل الدجاج قد تم اعادة طبخها مرة أخرى، توجد قطعة واحدة فقط طازجة من أصل ثلاث قطع، لذلك لا أنصح بزيارة هذا المكان.

الملاحظة الثانية: يوجد عامل موظف في المحل (مباشر)، هذا الشخص مزعج جدا وكثير الكلام، ويجي كل قليل ويقول نورتونا أهلا وسهلا، واستمر على هذا الحال الى أن انتهينا من تناول الوجبة، لذلك لا أنصح بزيارة هذا المكان.

نصيحتي لمدير المحل: 1- يجب عليك أن ترشد جميع الموظفين بتقديم الدجاج الطازج فقط لأن هذا سيرفع من مستوى تقييم المطعم. 2- يجب عليك أن تنصح جميع الموظفين في المطعم بتقليل الكلام مع العميل، وان لا يزعج العميل وقت الأكل.

This place is true, it is a very quiet place But I have two very important notes

First note: My friend and I ordered two meals consisting of three pieces, and my friend and I were surprised that the chicken pieces were not fresh and the chicken legs were re-cooked again, only one piece out of three pieces was fresh, so I do not recommend visiting this place.

Second note: There is a worker in the restaurant, this person is very annoying and talkative, and he comes every little while and says, “Welcome to us,” and he continued in this way until we finished eating the meal, so I do not recommend visiting this place.
