I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent visit to your Zamalek branch. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to the following reasons: Several staff members had a loud argument in front of customers, and one of them even used inappropriate religious language in front of my younger siblings. This was completely unprofessional and offensive. I had to wait for more than 15 minutes trying to call the waiter, but no one paid attention. The cashier appeared very nervous and untrained; he did not seem to know the menu contents. After waiting for an hour, my order was prepared incorrectly. I had asked for takeaway, but it was mistakenly placed for dine-in.

Cold food. Stale bread. Really slow service. When you complain, staff are unempathetic.
I waited a very long time for a couple of meals. Both meals were the same. Both arrived with dry, hard bread and cold meat. The salad was a bit on the yellow side.
I spoke to the staff who replaced the burgers. One was still cold whilst the other was hot. The lettuce was still yellow.
The dining area upstairs was filthy with tables littered with rubbish from other patrons. Tables were not disinfected unless you asked. A clean restaurant should be a priority.
The whole place was chaotic and poorly managed. It is not a good look for the customers when the manager is yelling and telling off the staff. A good restaurant works as a team with clear, calm...
