An amazing place for arts and cultural events. We attended a concert for Ali El Helbawy and this is the second time we attend a concert there and the place had improved alot. He sang religious songs and folklore. The hall of wisdom was air-conditioned so despite the masses it was alright. The whole place has a no-smoking policy. There's a modest spot for tea and coffee to order with some snacks. Also may halls to host different events all at once. There is a nice spot overlooking the Nile to sit and drink some coffee or tea. Although there was no air-conditioning and it was a hot night but there were many fans and it was OK.
