I recently celebrated my birthday at Lophelia Seafood Restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The service was nothing short of amazing, with my birthday greetings warmly acknowledged upon arrival. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect.

A special shoutout to Ahmed Fawzy, the restaurant manager, whose professionalism and attention to detail truly set the tone for the evening. Yasmin Gamal, the hostess, greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. And our waiter, Mostfa Alaa, provided impeccable service, offering knowledgeable recommendations and ensuring that our dining experience was nothing short of superb.

Had an a-la-carte dinner here. Initially I was put off by the seafood smell but then realized it was because they had the seafood on display so you can choose your dinner on the spot! Pretty cool. Our waitress Yasmine was wonderful. The menu is a little confusing but trust the process... Ask what the seafood options are because I believe it changes on the regular so it's not listed on the menu. Then pick a cooking method (baked, deep fried, pan fried etc etc). We selected a sea bass and some shrimp. Had it pan-fried with Egyptian seasonings and vegetables on the side. Perfectly cooked! Everything tasted so fresh. Definately...

Lovely meal at Lophelia while staying at the Hilton Hurghada Plaza.. we had tempura prawns and rice stuffed calamari wrapped in vine leaves to start.. then a beautiful Seabass cooked in Egyptian style which was one of the options fresh fish of the day. Like everything in the Hilton, the restaurant is spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. Service was excellent from Hamada and Mohammed. The only things that I would change would be the lighting and the music as I feel there could be more atmosphere if the lights were slightly dimmer & perhaps some more traditional Egyptian music playing would be...
