Absolutely fantastic dining experience at Ninoâs in Jaz Aquamarine! The restaurant has a truly inviting and elegant atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed evening. The staff were incredibly polite and professional, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.
I started with the Minestrone di Verdure, which was incredibly goodâfresh, flavorful, and comforting. I also had a taste of the pumpkin cream soup with ricotta, and it was smooth and rich, a great combination of sweetness and creaminess.
For the main course, I had the beef with Parmesan flakes, and it was nothing short of amazing. The steak was perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor, with just the right touch of seasoning and the sharpness of the Parmesan lifting the dish to another level.
To finish, I had a slice of cheesecake and a coffee with ice cream. The cheesecake was absolutely deliciousâcreamy, light, and well balanced. The coffee with ice cream was a great twist, refreshing and indulgent at the same time.

Ă la fin du repas comme dans chaque restaurant de lâhĂŽtel le serveur et le commis de cuisine sont venus nous voir pour nous demander comment sâest passĂ© le repas. Je nâai pas manquĂ© de leur faire part de notre dĂ©ception il on prit note et nous on propose dâautre plats que nous avons gentiment refusĂ©.

Overall staff were very polite and helpful however needed to be called over a few times to ask for more beverages once they were finished. This was our least favourite restaurant in the hotel.
