Cafe XS — Restaurant in Pärnu linn

We were here at the end of August on a Monday. Being a Monday the town was quite empty. We wanted to have some dinner and the place welcomed us in.

We ordered a chicken pasta and some homemade dumplings. The food took a while to come to us. The food was quite tasty and felt wholesome. It’s the kind of food that makes you feel at home. The pasta was very good but the dumplings were quite ok.

The place was not busy and being a Monday it felt like a cold place. However the service staff was quite nice. We finished off with a coffee.

We had an absolutely divine meal at Cafe XS. The cheese platter, chicken with wok noodles, pizza and then strawberry cheesecake and apple pancake with black bread ice cream for dessert. This food is fresh, flavorful, filling. Just perfect. The atmosphere is peaceful and warm. The service was outstanding. The coffee was hot, not lukewarm like most places here serve. And great prices! The atmosphere is calming and the decor is quite charming. There is a varied menu with something for just about everyone.
